🔐 Access Matrix

Most internal fraud and many breaches start with one person holding too much access. Design who can do what in a finance team, a hospital and a cloud platform, so that the work gets done and nobody can act alone.

1 · AssignGive every task to exactly one role. Grey cells are outside a role's job.
2 · Respect the limitsEach role has a capacity, and some pairs of tasks must never sit with the same role. That is segregation of duties.
3 · Score+5 per task assigned, −10 per conflict or overload, +20 for an audit-ready design. Each puzzle has at least one perfect answer.
